How To Update Your Billing Profile
- Open http://cp.hsphere.cc
- Login using your username and your password.
- From the top menu hover over billing, then click on billing profile in the drop down menu.
- Select your method of payment from the drop down list and click 'Edit'.
- Fill out the form in its entirety, making sure to correct any information which may have changed, and click 'Add' at the bottom.
- If you selected Credit Card, Hsphere should apply the new payment method and charge your card automatically.
- If you selected PayPal, enter the amount you wish to pay at the bottom of the billing profile page and click Submit. This will take you to PayPal where you can complete your transaction.
- If you selected Check, please mail a check to the address provided.
You can double check your balance by viewing your billing statements. From the top menu hover over billing, then click on billing statements.
Off to the right it should show your balance as $0 if your payment was processed properly.
